Please note that the current age requirement for permanent jewelry is 13+ HOWEVER, Children ages 3-12 can still get a custom fit bracelet made with the same chains (and charms!) but the closure will include a small clasp. It will still be a fun and special experience :) Please reserve as normal (no additional fees for the clasp will apply) AND each child under 13 will receive a FREE charm for their clasped piece, which they can choose at the event💫

Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian🤍

DAY-OF: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and check in at The Little Refinery’s table when you get there. Make sure to check our events page for each pop-up’s location. If you are late we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may begin serving other customers. See you soon! 🤗✨

The actual welding of your permanent jewelry will take seconds, but your session will be about 10 minutes long. The TLR team will take care measuring, fitting, and welding your chain securely. Your permanent jewelry can be removed at any time using nail clippers to carefully snip the jump ring. Save those chains– they can be re-welded later! 💫See FAQs for more info and pictures!💫

Our charm bar is NOT available at all pop-ups, so make sure to check the events page before booking. Pssst… don’t see an event that will work for your schedule? The charm bar is also available for private events! Grab your friends and get creative making your own custom charm necklaces🍒

During your appointment you will select a chain (chain prices start at $30), and get creative choosing from over 100 charms (charm prices start at just $6)! From there, The Little Refinery team will assemble and weld your custom necklace. All chains and charms are waterproof, nickel-free, and carefully chosen for cuteness and durability✨
